KARE-KARE — Beef oxtail and beef cooked in peanut sauce with a variety of vegetables served with salted shrimp paste (bagoong).

MENUDO — Cooked in tomato sauce with diced potatoes, bells peppers, carrots, beef, and pork.

PORK SINIGANG — sour, tamarind flavored broth cooked with pork, egg plant, green beans, and pechay.

PAKSIW NA PATA – stewed pork chunks in vinegar and soy sauce.

CHICKEN ADOBO — cooked in vinegar with garlic, salt, and pepper.

PORK ADOBO — cooked in vinegar with garlic, salt, and pepper.

BEEF NILAGA — beef stewed with cabbage, yams, potatoes, beef bone shanks, and pechay.

LECHON KAWALI — roasted pork served with sweet brown sauce.

CHOP SUEY — mixed sauteed vegetables with chicken.

PANCIT GUISADO — mixed vegetables, chicken, and rice stick noodles.

PANCIT LUGLOG — mixed vegetables, topping with green onions, garlic, sliced boiled eggs, crushed chicaron, and shrimp sauce.

PANCIT CANTON — egg noodles, chicken, and mixed vegetables.

BEEF MORCON — stuffed rolled beef with chorizo sausage, sweet pickles, boiled eggs, and carrots cooked in tomato sauce.

SWEET & SOUR FISH — deep fried fish with sauteed pineapple, celery, green peppers, and onions in sweet and sour sauce.

AROZ CALDO — cooked rice porridge with chicken, beef tripe, and ginger.

MAMI SOUP — egg and rice noodles, chick, green onions, sliced boiled eggs, sliced cabbage, and sauteed chopped garlic.

CHICKEN & PORK RELYENO — whole boneless chicken stuffed with ground chicken & pork, olives, and boiled eggs.

PINAKBET — sauteed sliced egg plant, bitter melon, yams, onions, and green beans in salted shrimp paste with chicken.

FRESH LUMPIA — sauteed sliced cauliflower, green beans, cabbage, yams, chayote, white turnips, and pork and shrimp topped with brown sauce and crushed garlic.

LUMPIA SHANGHAI — ground beef rolled with sauteed mixed vegetables topped over with brown sauce.

PORK BARBECUE — grilled pork on a bamboo stick marinated in special sauce.

TINOLANG MANOK — cooked in chicken broth, ginger, and garlic with chicken.

GINISANG MONGO — cooked green mongo beans with sliced pork and garlic.
